Why we ask. This information is used only to assess fit, plan logistics, and ensure a safe ceremony — for example, understanding medical considerations, allergies, and any risks our facilitation team should be aware of.

Who sees it. Responses are reviewed by our admissions and facilitation team only, and are never shared with other applicants.

How it's stored. Submissions are transmitted with encryption in transit. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention. We retain application data only as long as necessary to process your application and plan your ceremony. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
